7th Grade Reading: HELP! I'm stranded on a deserted island!



Bright Dawn's father, Bartok, has disappeared from his location in which he was hunting bearded seals from. Bright Dawn searches the area for her father; however, she believes that he may be floating somewhere on a block of ice amongst the Bering Sea.

What would you do if you were Bartok? How would you spend your time if you were stranded somewhere? Imagine that you are stranded on a deserted island. The only thing that floated to shore with you is your laptop computer; however, you have no internet connection so you cannot contact anyone. Blog about your first two days on the deserted island.
